In 1999 the company name transitioned from MICROSWITCH to Honeywell Sensing and Control to reflect the broad product offerings that includes switches, sensors and control products. On Sept. 19, 2007, Honeywell began celebrating the 75th anniversary of MICROSWITCH technology. This innovation has made significant impact on our world with a wide array of products we use every day.
